We are looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a background in diagnosing and repairing trucks and trailers, along with maintaining detailed documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair trucks and trailers.
Perform preventative maintenance.
Communicate effectively with drivers regarding truck conditions.
Keep accurate records, including Vehicle Condition Reports (VCRs), work orders, and inventory logs.
Primary Duties:
Conduct general maintenance on trucks and trailers.
Clean and inspect engines.
Operate computer-based diagnostic tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with fleet maintenance.
At least 2 years of experience in diesel engine repair.
Basic computer proficiency.
