We are in need of a Class A Driver recruiter. You will need to have experience in the industry and understand how it works. Your be responsible for placing ads or bringing on existing drivers that you already know. You will need to follow up with driver all the way till he makes it till orientation. Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage driver leads throughout the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and processing driver candidates
- Filter and seek driver candidates based on LTI's geographical needs, operational needs, and safety requirements
- Sell drivers on LTI's attractive compensation, benefits, and overall company offerings
- Utilize alternative avenues to generate your own driver leads that satisfy our hiring requirements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of CDL-A recruiting experience preferred
- Familiarity with Tenstreet and Mcleod are preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and driven to succeed
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Pay
This is a 100 percent commission until you hire on 5 drivers
- Company drivers are $500 after they start
- Owner Operators are $1000 after they start
