Wiseway Fleet is looking to hire experienced automotive/diesel techs in the Lake County area!
Salary (hourly wage): $20hr/45k yearly for a mid level journeyman and up! A truly experienced tech can expect to be paid handsomely - up to $35/hr!

While we may only be a small shop compared to some, you can work at ease knowing we have a far more relaxed environment than typical dealerships or nationwide vendors. Hourly OR book time can be negotiated at the time of hiring for the most competitive pay rate.
Our fleet work includes: Heavy duty truck (tanker, crane, sweeper, blower/vac, rail-trucks), golf carts, plows, hydraulic systems, regular passenger vehicles (cars, vans, bus).
An experienced tech would be expected to: Be able to identify various components of a vehicle/truck, have basic knowledge of electrical diagnosis, the difference between diesel and gasoline engines, engine work, how to use online diagnostic systems (Mitchell, Alldata, Identifix, etc), can use a scan tool, can read English and input descriptions of work performed (basic computer knowledge - including how to look up torque specs & input inspection/diagnostic findings), can lift at least 30lbs, can use a vehicle lift, AND HAS THEIR OWN TOOLS. WE ARE WILLING TO WORK WITH THOSE WILLING TO LEARN MORE, BUT PLEASE NO INQUIRIES FROM THOSE WITH LITTLE EXPERIENCE. No schooling/certifications required!
