Association Improvements is a one-stop resource for general construction and maintenance needs for Community Associations in the Greater Chicago Area. Our goal is to make Community Association Managers look like the rockstars they are by keeping their communities happy and looking their best.
Basic Function:
As an independent contractor with business insurance which is required for this position - successfully complete handyman work orders in an efficient and professional manner.
You will be key in our rapidly growing maintenance and capital improvement company. If you are an independent problem solver who has a wide knowledge of construction and maintenance skills, this role may be for you. You will delight clients in your assigned territory anywhere from Lake Michigan to St. Charles. Your clients are Community Association Managers, property managers, and residents in the Greater Chicago Area. You will help with completing a broad range of maintenance items. You will work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to recognize additional work needed when on properties. The properties include condo buildings, apartment complexes, and single-family homes. If you are ready for a new challenge and seeking to take your career to the next level, we are looking for you!
Your compensation and benefits:
- $25 to $35 per hour depending on experience
- Material & Rental Reimbursements
