Our company is currently looking to hire Roofers for our solar install crew/team. If you are a roofer and you do not have prior experience installing solar panels, that is fine we will teach you how to do it. We are looking for the roofers to install the solar jobs we have in the Chicago, Chicagoland area. This is a great opportunity for any roofing people or roofing team to get Solar experience and who are looking to make good money installing solar panels.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
-Onsite preparation, layout, setup and installation of solar energy systems
-Work together to ensure job is done professionally and correctly
-Racking/mounting layout, set up and installation on residential, commercial roofs
-Ensuring the work site is clean and cleared of clutter and other hazards
-Provide excellent customer service to all clients
REQUIREMENTS:
-Has to be a crew capable and experienced installing solar panels
-Great customer service and communication Skills
-Comfortable working at heights and working in varying weather conditions
-Responsible, dependable and trustworthy
-On-Time and hardworking
-Compliance to all PPE (personal protective equipment) and safety regulations.
-Ability to be comfortable working on roofs
