Well regarded residential commercial remodeling / construction company is looking for several experienced remodeling carpenters to come on full or part time. Full time year round work guaranteed.
We mainly do high quality kitchen, bath, basement remodeling, but also do porches, decks, whole house remodels, windows and door, and additions. We have great clients who appreciate our quality work.
Remodeling Carpenter:
-should be able to perform all carpentry-related phases of bathroom, kitchen, basement, addition, and general remodeling work sometimes working alone and sometimes with others.
-should be a skilled craftsperson who does high quality work with an eye for detail.
- a plus if you have tools and transportation. But not necessary to be hired.
-know how to demo, perform layout, framing and leveling, installation of temp walls and structural headers, subfloor and sheathing installation, window and door installation, trim work and scribing, light drywall and Cement board installation, high quality cabinet installation, some waterproof membrane application, deck building and handrail installation,
Kerdi systems installation and tiling skills using stone, ceramic, and porcelain including layout, prep, and installation would be a plus.
40.00 to 50.00 per hour , min 40 hours a week. Paid vacation, 401k with 5% company match , BCBS medical insurance. Paid weekly
