Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sign Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in installing larger exterior signage, electrical signage, and be proficient in working with lift trucks. The role requires comfort working at heights and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install large exterior signs, including electrical signage, ensuring proper placement and secure mounting.
- Operate lift trucks and other necessary equipment to facilitate the installation process.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights.
- Communicate effectively with internal staff and external clients to coordinate installation schedules and resolve any issues.
- Troubleshoot and solve problems that may arise during the installation process.
- Maintain and service existing signage as needed.
- Ensure all installations meet company standards and client specifications.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sign installation, specifically with larger exterior and electrical signage.
- Proficiency in operating lift trucks and other installation equipment.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
