We’re looking for talented Lead Carpenters/Field Superintendents who are passionate about craftsmanship, thrive in dynamic environments, and take pride in delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

Plan and lay out projects with detailed logistical foresight.

Review and double-check designs and specifications to ensure feasibility.

Oversee and manage all on-site employees, subcontractors, and vendors.

Hands-On Expertise

Perform and supervise tasks across all trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

Ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance with all applicable codes.

Communication

Serve as the primary on-site contact, maintaining clear and professional communication with clients, designers, and team members.

Address client concerns promptly, ensuring a positive project experience.

Project Management

Keep projects on schedule and within budget while meeting or exceeding quality expectations.

Submit weekly “look ahead” schedules to the Project Manager to ensure timely material procurement and delivery.

Work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate materials and resolve any logistical issues.

Attention to Detail

Demonstrate an exceptional eye for detail in all aspects of the project.

Ensure every project reflects the company’s high standards and client expectations.

What We’re Looking For

Qualified candidates must have:

5+ years of residential remodeling experience, especially in occupied homes.

A valid driver’s license and a presentable truck with tools (no vehicle signage).

A clean criminal background check.

A strong portfolio of completed projects with references to verify quality and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications (not required):

Military experience.

Business management experience.

Trade school or college education.
