We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Commercial HVAC systems, air conditioning, and refrigeration.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for both commercial and residential customers
- Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they are running efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude at all times
- Travel to and from customer locations for maintenance and service calls
- Respond to after hour calls, as needed
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Certification from an accredited HVAC program, preferred
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of property maintenance, appliance repair, and plumbing is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
License/Certification
- EPA Certification (Required)
Job Type: Contract (1099 or subcontractor)
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
