We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Worker/Handyman to help care for our beautiful beachfront cottages located directly on the shores of Lake Michigan in Northwest Indiana.
Position Details:
Flexible: Full-time or part-time available
Compensation: Starting at $23/hour, with potential for more based on experience and skills
Location: Directly on the beach — a stunning work environment
Start Date: As soon as possible
Tools Provided: We supply necessary tools
Year-Round Work: This is not seasonal — steady work throughout the year
Ideal Candidate Skills:
General carpentry knowledge
Basic electrical and basic plumbing skills
Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs as needed
Comfort with frequent stairs and walking (properties are tiered above the beach)
Note:
We typically hire outside professionals for tile work and major painting projects.
