We're seeking a reliable and skilled handyman to complete a variety of maintenance and repair tasks at a residential unit in Chicago. This includes light repairs, touch-ups, hardware checks, and general upkeep across multiple areas of the home.
Tasks include:
Tightening fixing furnitures, shelves, and beds
Minor plumbing and electricity.
Touch-up, painting walls doors and baseboard.
Repair/Replace doors, blinds, windows, fans
Flooring
You’ll receive a detailed checklist with all tasks upon inquiry.
Requirements:
Must have own tools and transportation
General handyman experience with references preferred
Clear communication and dependable work ethic
