Umbrella Property Services is looking for experienced handymen and maintenance technicians to join our team. Our Handyman / Maintenance Technicians are vital to the operations of the company and essential to our team. We believe in building long term relationships with our technicians. We do hire internal employees with Full Benefits Package and a company vehicle. This is offered after probation period.
We provide services to commercial and industrial properties with a strong focus on storage units and industrial properties. We are looking for hardworking candidates who do everything from basic tasks like screwing a toilet paper holder back into the wall, but also more complicated drywall repairs, painting, basic plumbing, simple carpentry, and rudimentary electrical and HVAC fixes.

Requirements:- FULL or PART TIME
-Minimum of 5 -7 years experience in the industry, but we prefer more
-Be safety oriented
-Have Valid Drivers License
-Have own tools and reliable vehicle
-Be willing to wear a Umbrella Property Shirt while on our jobs
-Strong experience in commercial handyman type repairs preferred
-Have smart phone and knowledge to be able to work phone apps
-Please be professional and always customer service oriented
-Ability to remain professional even with difficult customers
-Be able to write rough estimates for projects you will be working
-Be able to communicate with office and give daily updates
