Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Remodeler to manage and execute residential remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in electrical and plumbing work, possess strong leadership skills, and be capable of managing small teams.
Responsibilities:
Perform and oversee remodeling tasks, including electrical and plumbing work.
Manage and coordinate on-site teams of 1-3 workers.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Communicate effectively with clients and project managers.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Must be able to lift heavy materials and equipment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a remodeler with expertise in electrical and plumbing.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be willing to provide references and examples of previous work.
