We have a base pay rate with everyone being able to achieve Performance Pay Bonus's. Bonus is paid out each month at our company meetings.

What’s available -
Advanced Painter Position - to help with our crew leads. We require a couple years of painting experience. You would have to know how to properly prep the job site, paint it, and finish out the project. Cut straight lines, be clean, be a team player.
Pay is $17-20 depends on your skill set and experience and must pass our checklist of tests.
Crew Lead-
We require a couple years of painting experience. You would have to know how to properly prep the job site, paint it, and finish out the project and be great at managing a team. You would be responsible for leading a crew to get the job done, turning in paper work, helping with job costing, sending in reciepts, clocking in, clocking out and more fun
Pay is $20-25+ to start. Based on experience. Performance based. Show up, do well, plenty more where that comes from. We don’t want to hear - Well I don’t get out of bed for so and so much money. You want to make that much. Prove it by your actions. We have the work. Be accountable to put your skin where your pride is and you’ll get paid and have non stop work.
