Job Description

We’re seeking a Field Construction Lead with proven experience managing multiple active job sites across diverse scopes such as asphalt, roofing, fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical upgrades. The ideal candidate is highly organized, hands-on in the field, and excels at coordinating trades, managing logistics, and driving progress while minimizing disruptions to operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage 5–8 concurrent construction/renovation projects across multiple sites

Coordinate scheduling and performance of trades across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, masonry, and site work

Own all aspects of jobsite logistics including materials, rentals, deliveries, and punch list execution

Serve as primary point of contact for subcontractors and on-site field teams

Conduct regular site walks, flag issues early, and proactively drive resolution

Track progress using tools like Excel; maintain strong documentation and communication with internal teams and tenants

Ensure all inspections, permits, and compliance documentation are handled accurately and timely

Requirements

3+ years of experience in commercial construction project management

Field-proven leadership in multi-site operations

Strong ability to coordinate trades and manage logistics under tight timelines

Advanced proficiency in Excel for tracking and reporting

PMP certification preferred

OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certified (or willing to complete)

Bonus Skills

Experience with tenant-occupied renovations

Familiarity with fire alarm/sprinkler inspections and closeout documentation

Bilingual or multilingual communication skills
