Join our dynamic team and lead the successful execution of complex high-rise condominium and office tower projects. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Manage project costs, schedules, and teams to ensure successful completion.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks to minimize disruptions and delays.
Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
Client and Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, fostering strong relationships.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and vendors, to achieve project objectives.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and financial analyses.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred, not required)
Experienced new commercial construction PM with high-rise construction project management experience (Dealbreaker)
Proven track record of successfully completing at least 5 high-rise projects from underground to turnkey
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
In-depth understanding of construction contracts, legal issues, and insurance requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
LEED certification
Experience with preconstruction services
Knowledge of estimating and bidding processes
Proficiency in construction scheduling software
