We have three specific builds. UER (Under Existing Roof), Deck Build, and Sun Room Build.
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Construction Foreman to join our team immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to contribute to the growth of a company that prioritizes quality and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the construction of decks and sunrooms from start to finish.
- Frame structures while ensuring accurate measurements and high-quality workmanship.
- Dig piers and prepare sites for construction.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and passes inspections.
- Lead and motivate a team with a positive attitude and exceptional communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction, specifically in deck building and sunroom installation.
- Familiarity with framing techniques and site preparation.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must possess basic working tools and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
