We’re a small, growing outfit looking for a reliable jack-of-all-trades who knows their way around commercial repairs. If you’ve got solid tools, your own ride, and take pride in doing clean, quality work — let’s talk.
The Work:
Light drywall/carpentry and paint
Swapping out ceiling tiles, faucets, door hardware, flooring, power wash
Punch lists and small repair jobs
ADA/code compliance upgrades (we’ll guide you)
General handyman work and small remodels in offices, retail, restaurants, etc.
Major bonus points if you have any MEP skills
You’ll Be Working:
All around Chicagoland (mostly within 40 miles)
Flexible schedule – we’ll work around your availability
Mostly solo jobs, but we’ve got your back when it’s needed
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of hands-on experience
Commercial jobsite know-how
Reliable vehicle and basic tool set
Good communication and professionalism with clients. Need to look presentable and be able to talk to people. We can provide uniforms and PPE.
Punctual, responsive, and detail-oriented
Pay:
$30–$40/hr depending on experience and task type. Willing to pay top dollar for top talent.
Paid per job – as soon as you finish
Bonus potential for meeting certain quality standards
W-9 / 1099 contractor setup (you invoice us)
