Cabinet Installer Assistant/Helper

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Cabinet Installer Assistant/Helper to support our lead cabinet installers in delivering high-quality cabinet refacing and remodeling services. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn and grow in the cabinet installation and refacing trade.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation and protection of work areas at job sites.
Support demolition of existing cabinets, tile, countertops and surfaces as needed.
Help with cabinet installation, including applying veneer, installing decorative hardware, and more.
Organize tools, materials, and supplies to ensure a smooth workflow.
Load and unload materials and assist in transporting them to job sites.
Provide general support to the lead installer to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Clean and organize job sites post-completion.
Skills and Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools; experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and develop skills in cabinet installation and refacing etc.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to job sites.
Excellent communication and professionalism when interacting with team members and clients.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks such as kneeling, bending, and standing for extended periods.
