-drywall taping for a 600-square-foot attic space. 2 bathrooms, bedroom, closet, stairwell. We will provide materials.
INSULATION
- mineral wool insulation installation. We will provide materials.
HVAC - for a 600 square foot space
- mini split installation with2-3 zones
- 2-4 bathroom fans installed

ELECTRIC for a 600 square foot space
full attic wiring installed for living space including:
- electric or gas tankless water heater
- wet bar area
- 2 bathrooms
- washer / dryer
- potentially electric mat flooring for 2 heated bathrooms
