Apprentice/Helper

General labor entry-level temp to contract (1099) position as apprentice/helper with interest in residential remodeling. Entry-level includes, but is not limited to, project setup, material pickup/delivery, cleanup, and assistance to the lead carpenter throughout the day. This role also offers opportunities to learn basic skills and transition into a carpentry position. Must be able to follow the company's expected process and quality level, and learn to manage time for task completion, work effectively on their own or as part of a team. Apprentice must have a minimum of 1 year in the industry, reliable transportation, at minimum basic hand tools and a toolbag to start, speak and understand English and a willingness to learn and grow.
