As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you play a crucial role in ensuring the overall satisfaction and well-being of our residents. You will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks related to apartment occupancy, building maintenance, move-ins, move-outs, unit turns, work orders, HVAC repair, plumbing, drywall, and providing exceptional customer service. Your technical expertise and dedication to quality workmanship will contribute to creating a comfortable and enjoyable living environment for our residents.

Has multifamily experience in the role of a make ready or maintenance technician.

Demonstrate exceptional customer service and is wildly passionate about helping people.

Must be available to rotate on call.

Enjoy working outdoors.

Desire to learn make readies.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS:

Pool maintenance.

Assist with work orders and unit turns.

Grounds keeping (trash in and trash out).

Inspect the community on a regular basis and report any needs to the Service Director.

Handle emergencies that arise with appropriate communication and follow up.

Conduct business in accordance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act and all other laws pertaining to multifamily housing.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Experience with grounds keeping.

Great attitude and willing spirit.

Excellent customer service and passion for helping people.

Attention to safety.

Good communication and attention to detail.
