What We'll Bring:TransUnion's Audio Video Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance and support for 200+ audio/video deployments in conference / huddle rooms across the enterprise including, but not limited to, Skype enabled conference phones and Real Presence VTC systems.What You'll Bring:At TransUnion, we have a welcoming and energetic environment that encourages collaboration and innovation. Impact You'll Make:- Systems validations & troubleshooting
- Installation & configuring of AV equipment- VTC codecs, digital white boarding, microphones and DSPs, digital signage, presentation systems and structured cabling (cat5e/6, low voltage, RGB, HDMI, DVI and audio cables)
- Support conference room technology and collaboration tools- Skype for Business, Webex, Zoom, Blue Jeans, etc.
- Support of wireless screensharing solutions
- Provide high-level services to the user community
