Part-time receptionist wanted. We are located ten minutes away from UIC university campus. Preferably college student or someone is familiar with the nails salon environment.
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, can multi-task, work well under pressure with people, knowledgeable in appointment scheduling, punctual and organized.
Receptionist Tasks:
Answer phone calls, book and scheduling appointments.
Process payments when technicians are busy
Keep the book balance (cash) at the end of shift
Keep track of technician turns
Keep the receptionist area tidy
Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Previous salon/service industry preferred.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
