Buusy Dental Implant Center in the heart of downtown is looking for a Patient Outreach Coordinator with excellent communication skills on the phone, and in person with patients and can multi-task with a smile. Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Persistent follow-up calls and reaching out to patients who inquired about our services but didn't move forward with treatment.
2. Returning patient calls regarding scheduling appts, making follow-up calls to old leads, and scheduling patient appointments into dental software.
3. Build credibility of the doctor and the office team with patients in person and over the phone
4. Help patients with 3rd party financial arrangements to break treatment fees into monthly payments
5. Must have the ability to build rapport with patients quickly, overcome objections, and motivate patients to come in and get their treatment done for their health, function, and aesthetics
This position requires consistently outflowing/ and calling patients and taking phone calls daily
