We are a growing and industry leading cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Accounting software focused on the stone countertop fabrication and distribution industry. We are in need of a versatile full-time entry level employee.
Job Description
Candidate’s key responsibilities may include but is not limited to the following:
>Together with team members, solve simple to complex customer problems
>Answering support calls and emails on specific software support related questions
>Together with a team, helping with a new business software implementation
>Occasionally work with ERP implementation team to setup the software for new customers
>Create and sending marketing materials
>Support account managers in the sales process
>Data entry
Candidate should:
>Have prior customer support experience on a highly technical level
>Candidate should understand warehouse/fabrication processes and workflows
>Be comfortable with a fast-paced environment with new tasks being assigned on a daily basis
>Have a good sense of time management and be able to prioritize most important tasks
>Have the ability to learn new relatively complex concepts related to the business processes of customer
>Have the ability to quickly learn new processes & products and how they impact the customer experience
>Be able to take on a variety of different tasks from different team members
>Be able to estimate time required for tasks and complete based on deadlines
>Be a team player and good communicator
Candidate preferred but not required experience, skills, & knowledge:
>Accounting software knowledge is a strong plus
>Prior software sales experience is a plus
>Prior customer service/support experience is a plus
>Bachelor’s degree is a plus
This is a role in which you must be present in the office. Occasional travel to customer location may be required.
