The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing honest, and comfortable helping customers where their insurance needs whom seeks a career in a professional office.
The Office Representative is responsible for the servicing of existing customers and outbound marketing campaigns which includes:
Making outbound calls to prospect for new business and to set appointments
Managing new account paperwork
Servicing customer accounts and processing changes
Requirements:
Insurance license (Auto, Home) or successful completion of required exams within 90 days of hire date.
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Positive, Friendly, Energetic, Driven personality
Interpersonal skills required to present insurance options in person and via telephone
Obtain Life Insurance license within 1 year of hire date.
Salary and incentive pay.
