The ideal candidate is an individual with integrity who is comfortable working with people that is looking for a career in a professional office.
The Office Representative is a hybrid sales/service position responsible for the servicing of existing customers and outbound marketing campaigns which include:
Prospecting for new business and setting account review appointments
In person and phone marketing for new prospects
Account review and cross selling into existing accounts
Requirements:
Insurance license (Auto, Home) or successful completion of required exams within 90 days of hire date.
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Positive, Friendly, Energetic, Driven personality
Interpersonal skills required to present insurance options in person and via telephone
Obtain Life Insurance license within 1 year of hire date.
