We are looking for a few aggressive sales representatives that enjoy working in custom wheel and tire industry. RimTyme Chicago is one of the biggest custom rims and tire shops in Chicago land area.
Primary Responsibilities
- Build new customer relations.
- Close renewal business consistently at or above quota level.
- Responsible for all client communication.
- Hit the phones hard and generate new business.
- Follow up on leads and maintain an active pipeline daily.
- Following up with clients during the post-sale process to ensure satisfaction.
- Exhibit a professional profile that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity and accountability.
Requirements

- Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
- Bi-lingual skills
- Experience in rent to own industry is a big plus
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person")
- Basic MS Office and QuickBooks knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
- Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through.
- Valid U.S. Driver's license
- 2+ years of automotive experience (wheels and tires) preferred or a strong passion in automotive
