We are looking for a flexible, versatile, and open-minded Sales Associate with marketing experience to expand our sales, customer base across the United States, as well as bring fresh marketing ideas for our company. Our position is not purely a sales job, but a position that will focus on many different projects to help grow Green APU.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies: Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base. Make calls following new leads and follow-ups.

Market analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.

Sales process optimization: implement best practices

Customer relationship management: Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.

Travel: Travel for potential new leads as well as for trade shows (We cover work travel expenses).

Requirements:

Two or more years of sales experience. Trucking industry experience (Preferred).

Communication skills.

The ability to work as part of a team is a must. Strong interpersonal skills.

Independent and entrepreneurial mindset.

Experience in marketing (Preferred).

Must be willing to travel for new leads and current customers, as well as for trade shows. A valid Driver’s License.

Job Type: Full-Time w/Benefits.

Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision – 401K – Paid Holidays – Paid Vacation.

Salary: Up to $45,000/year base pay depending on experience plus commission.

Work Location: This is not a remote job. While there will be travel, this is an in-person job. We are located in Lemont, IL.
