Chicagoland's premier restoration company. We work all over the suburbs and do not go into the city. We are looking for 3 sales people who are self starters, motivated, and have a great work ethic. I will be completely transparent in what the job is and how it pays. Your job is to set up and call in claims with homeowners, once the job is approved you will meet with the homeowner and pick colors, all proper documentation, project price, and pick up first check. You do not do your own adjuster appointments (they are done by our in house adjuster) you will not supplement your jobs also done in house, and jobs will be set up for build by our production team. We pay 40% commission per job and do contracts with each of our sales people to ensure you get your money in a timely fashion. How can you achieve they number of files or money you want to make by having to do all the other things. It's impossible. You do not have to go on roofs just a brief inspection of the property from the ground. If you do 50 files in a year you will make 180k-250k just depending on profits. We have an open book policy here and you are welcome to see all numbers associated with your files at at any time. We sell and install solar as well so there is additional sales potential and room to grow.
