We are seeking dynamic Partnership Managers to join our rapidly growing organization in either a part-time or full-time capacity. This position is perfect for those who are enthusiastic about helping others to maximize their reading efficiency and boost productivity, and eager to make a significant impact.

Location:

Our headquarters is located near the UIC area in Chicago.

Role Overview:

As a Partnership Manager, you will play a crucial role in our business development efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include acquiring new customers and deepening relationships with existing clients. You will engage in high-level conversations with program directors, senior executives and decision-makers to drive growth, collaborating closely with your Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners

+ Identify and pursue new business opportunities

+ Conduct high-level discussions with key stakeholders

+ Collaborate with the Account Executive to align on growth strategies

Qualifications:

+ Previous experience in sales or business development is a plus

+ Familiarity with strategic prospecting and cold calling

+ Experience managing a sales pipeline is advantageous

+ Proficiency with CRM tools and Google Docs

Compensation:

We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward your contributions and drive your success. This includes a monthly stipend and a generous commission structure for new partnerships and expanded client relationships. Commissions are paid monthly and issued immediately upon the qualification of a deal—there’s no waiting for deals to be fully paid out, which ensures you benefit from your hard work right away. This structure supports a transparent and rewarding partnership where your efforts directly translate into immediate financial rewards. Partnership Managers are also eligible for an Organizational Performance Bonus and Incentives Plan.
