We’re seeking a dedicated Sales/Business Development Representative to introduce companies, organizations, and schools to our range of customized and branded promotional apparel and products. This role is commission-only and ideal for self-starters who thrive in a flexible, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients within your network or territory.
Educate prospective clients on the benefits of branded promotional apparel and products.
Secure initial sales and build long-term relationships to drive repeat orders.
Promote our offerings through various channels, such as face-to-face meetings, phone calls, or online networking.
Distribute provided business cards and flyers if needed to aid in lead generation.
Compensation:
Earn 25% of the profit on each initial order.
Receive an additional 10% of all re-orders made by your clients for the next 12 months.
Support Provided:
Business cards and flyers will be supplied upon request to support your sales efforts.
We handle estimates and project management—your focus is solely on generating leads and securing opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven ability to build rapport and close deals.
Self-motivated with a passion for networking and business development.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in sales, promotional products, or related fields is a plus but not required.
