Handle inbound customers and prospect calls and emails

Fastener experience is a plus but will train the right individual

Exceptional written and verbal skills
Good phone and computer skills
Ability to work individually in certain situations
Organizational skills
Ability to multitask and handle and resolve conflicts if they arise
Computer proficient, including Outlook and Excel
