We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative/Project Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the roofing industry. OUR SALES TEAM GET THE BEST SUPPORT ON ALL CLAIMS PROVIDED. We have our own in-house Appraisers, Attorneys and Engineers ready to tackle on any complex claims!

Starting Commission rate is 12% on every check collected.
After 90 days, we provide a truck with your number on the Wrap
We Provide both Residential and Commercial leads
Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
Responsibilities:
Generate leads through door-to-door sales, networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities
Utilize our CRM for managing prospects
Conduct on-site assessments and provide accurate estimates for roofing projects
Prepare and present proposals to clients, outlining the scope of work, pricing, and timelines
Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets
Collaborate with the production team and ensure a seamless project execution with high customer satisfaction
Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
Participate in ongoing sales training
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or home renovation industry
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus
Excellent negotiation skills, and excellent communication with both customers and co-workers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude
Honesty and integrity in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and vendors
Goal-oriented mindset with the drive to achieve and exceed targets
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for effective follow-up and customer management
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Physically able to carry a ladder and be comfortable with performing roof inspections
