Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Specialist to join our team. As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our clients. You will be required to make at least 100 outbound cold call per day to leads that we supply you with. you will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling, cross selling This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, business development, and providing exceptional customer service.
Hours: 8am-4pm
Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and expansion
- Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of products/services
- Prepare sales reports and analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities
- Utilize warm calling techniques to generate new leads and expand client base
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients
- Provide technical sales support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results and meet targets
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market data and identify potential opportunities
- Experience in warm calling techniques to generate leads
- Technical sales experience, preferably in the technology industry
- Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships
