We are looking for a driven Internal Sales Consultant who is eager to grow in technical sales and directly contribute to revenue generation. This role is focused on selling, building relationships with prospects, and closing deals. If you are a recent graduate or have 1-2 years of sales experience, this is your opportunity to develop into a high-performing sales professional in a growing company.

Your Mission: Sell, Close, and Grow Revenue

As an Internal Sales Consultant, your primary goal is to drive sales by engaging prospects, identifying customer needs, and closing deals. You will play a key role in our sales process, focusing on new business development, lead conversion, and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Sell, sell, sell – proactively reach out to potential customers, qualify leads, and close sales.

Drive outbound prospecting efforts, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking.

Respond to inbound leads and convert them into paying customers.

Conduct product demonstrations and clearly communicate the benefits of PAX-it and PAXcam.

Follow up on sales opportunities, negotiate pricing, and secure deals.

Maintain a sales pipeline and track progress using CRM software.

Work closely with marketing to align sales efforts with campaigns.

Develop expert knowledge of our products and industry to handle customer objections effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

0-2 years of sales experience (internships, part-time sales, or Sales Development Representative experience is a plus).

Confidence in outbound sales – ability to initiate conversations and close deals.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
