If you're a motivated, outgoing individual with a passion for connecting with people, this is the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently hiring Door-to-Door Lead Generating Representatives to help us grow our roofing business by reaching out to potential customers and generating valuable leads.
What You’ll Do:
Knock on doors in targeted neighborhoods and engage with homeowners about their roofing needs
Generate quality leads for our sales team to follow up with
Educate homeowners on our services and the importance of proper roofing maintenance
Track and report your progress regularly
Enjoy the satisfaction of helping homeowners protect their homes!
Pay:
Weekly Salary plus commission
1099 Tax Status
Avg. rep made $1,200/week in 2024
What We’re Looking For:
Energetic, self-starter with a positive attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently or with a team
Previous sales or lead generation experience is a plus (but not required)
Must be reliable and responsible
Comfortable working outdoors
