Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Community Outreach Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads within an assigned territory by engaging directly with residents and businesses. Your primary objective will be to set appointments through personalized interactions, showcasing the benefits of our services and establishing strong community connections.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential customers within the community to generate new leads.
Appointment Setting: Effectively communicate our value proposition and set appointments for our sales team with interested prospects.
Community Engagement: Build relationships and trust within the community through direct, face-to-face interactions.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to answer questions and provide detailed information to potential customers.
Reporting: Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes to ensure targets are met.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales, marketing, or customer service is beneficial.
