Pay

Varies. $15-30/hr

Pay will vary greatly on experience and ability.

Schedule

5 days a week Generally 8 hours a day 9am-5pm . 30 minutes Paid lunch.

We do work Saturdays. 9-2. You will be paid for a full day on Saturday.

Although it happens rarely, we will have to stay later until all the cars are picked up.

Realistically you will be paid for working 40 hours/week and most likely will work a bit less

Skills/Traits Required.

1. Strong Character/Professionalism. We pride ourselves on always putting our customers first.

2. Charisma. Your Main job/Goal is to deal directly with customers, and having the ability to talk with them confidently and gracefully will be required.

3. “Go-Getter” We need someone who can keep the schedule filled and Actively does the work required to keep the shop always full of work.

4. Reliable – Show up to work, on time, every day, and can work a full time schedule of 40/hours a week reliably with proper transportation.

Daily tasks

1. Open shop and prepare for the work day

a. Turn lights on

b. Prepare check in sheet

c. Talk with and check in customers

d. Check Voicemails and social media messages.

2. Answer Phone Calls – generate sales and set appointments

3. Check in customers as they come for appts

4. Provide excellent service and generate sales and appointments with walk-in customers

5. Be a general Liaison between installers and customers.

a. This includes calling them with any concerns and issues.

b. Inform of them of any Changes with the services they are getting or any other pertinent information

c. Place orders if/when needed.

6. If the Sales floor is handled provide any other general assistance in the Shop, help with prepping vehicles or working the plotter.

7. Call customers when their vehicle is completed. And Ring them out when they are here to pick up their vehicle.

a. When ringing out a customer you have to demo any products they received and explain to them care instructions for their services received.

8. Close out the cash register at the end of the day, remove garbage from the sales floor and keep it Tidy nightly.

9. Help Close the shop down.
