Position Overview:
We are currently looking for exceptional Business Development/ Telesales Professionals. The Business Development Representative position involves calling and setting up presentation appointments with prospective investors and experienced physicians to hear about our investment opportunity. The base compensation for the role starts at $18 per hour, plus performance-based incentives. This is not a draw but a guaranteed hourly compensation plus incentives. On average, our part-timers work (25-29 hours/ week) and earn $3k to $5k per month. Average full-time (40 hours/ week) pays $6k to $8k per month.
The Business Development Representative/Telesales position consists of calling company-provided lists of accredited investors with names and cell phone numbers, determining their interest, and handing off interested prospects to our VP team. VP positions are considered when there is a clear track record of success as Business Development Representative. VP compensation can be discussed during the interview process.
Working hours are flexible-both daytime and evening and weekend hours available based on your preferences. Some evenings and working an occasional Saturday is strongly recommended. This is a W2 position with a competitive benefit package for full-time employees.
Qualifications & Requirements:
● 5+ years of proven success in telesales, specifically appointment-setting
● Multiple years of cold calling to potential wealthy investors, doctors, or CEO-level investors
● Quiet home office, capable computer/ workstation, and high-speed internet.
● Comfortable with technology - Microsoft Office, CRM’s, texting, emailing, etc.
● Commitment to detail by tracking and recording highly specific notes into our CRM software and keeping every contact meticulously updated.
● There are fair and clear minimum expected requirements for this job which include hours worked, dials, appointments set and kept etc.
● Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.
● Moderate noise (i.e., phone calls, online meetings, computer audio)
● While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
● Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
