Cell Biologics is a growing biotech that manufactures and sells cultured cells and cells related products to research laboratories and pharma companies around the world.
Research Laboratory Assistant, Entry-Level
We are looking for a reliable individual to join our lab. The Entry-Level Laboratory Assistant under direct supervision, will perform general laboratory and office work, assist with customer phone calls and emails, along with doing the data entry.
Laboratory Responsibilities
1. Culture and test primary cells under direct supervision.
2. Maintain cell inventories of frozen cell stock in Liquid Nitrogen Tanks and record.
3. Assist with ordering lab supplies and maintaining laboratory stock and inventories.
4. Do other laboratory organization and general laboratory management as delegated.
5. Have 1-2 years of previous experience in mouse or rat surgery procedure considered a plus.
Job Qualifications:
1. Data entry, Typing Speed between 50-70 WPM.
2. Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, (knowledge of QuickBooks preferred).
3. Detail-oriented, Strong organizational skills.
4. Good communication.
5. Answering Customer Phones.
6. Writing & Managing Emails.
7. Packing Packages.
Bachelor’s degree in biology, molecular biology, or life science is required.
