Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers in finding items
Organize and restock merchandise on the sales floor
Maintain a clean and inviting store atmosphere
Process sales transactions accurately
Assist with donation sorting and pricing
Help with special events and promotions as needed

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Retail experience is a plus, but not required
