We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Manager to lead our retail jewelry store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients and contributing to the growth and success of our brand.

Job Description:

As the Manager of our retail jewelry store, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations and long-term success of our business. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow with the company and gain hands-on experience in the jewelry industry.

Responsibilities:

Store Operations-

- Open and close the store according to company guidelines.

- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.

- Manage store security and ensure all safety protocols are followed.

Sales Management-

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Provide exceptional customer service and develop strong client relationships.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism.

Inventory Management-

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock.

- Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stock replenishment.

- Coordinate with suppliers and manage product orders.

Accounting and Financial Duties:

- Oversee daily financial transactions, including sales, refunds, and deposits.

- Manage the store’s budget and expenses.

- Prepare financial reports and assist with payroll processing.

Client Development:

- Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

- Organize and participate in store events and promotions.

- Build and maintain a loyal client base through personalized service.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the jewelry industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Proficiency in inventory management and basic accounting.

- Passion for jewelry and a keen eye for detail.

- financial background preferred, but not required.

Compensation: The pay for this position includes a base salary plus commission, to be discussed during the interview.
