Real Estate company is seeking an Experienced Rental Accounting Assistant to support our team.
Your roles will include but not be limited to
· Placing rental ads online.
· Taking phone calls from prospective tenants
· Pre-screening tenants.
· Scheduling appointments to show properties.
· Answering questions about the property.
· Calling former landlords.
· Verifying prospective tenants’ income.
· Running background, credit checks, and evictions.
· Creating a physical and digital tenant file to house their information, payments, and communications.
· Creating a digital file to house pictures of the tenant and of the property.
· Dealing with maintenance requests from tenants.
· Keeping a record of tenant communication.
· Update rental tenant ledgers.
· Collections: phone calls, emails, text messages or letters and following up.
· Data entry, bookkeeping.
· Administrative support in other areas of the company when is required.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Ability to efficiently utilize Excel, Google spreadsheets and Word.
Bilingual and Real State experience is a Plus.
Excellent organizational and follow-through skills, detail oriented
Familiar with social media
Excellent customer service skills
