Therenovation administrator’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Walking for long periods
· Google Docs/Microsoft Office/Yardi plus additional program experience
· Note Taking
· Attention to Detail
· Controlling and monitoring the status of units VIA our documents
· Overseeing the make-ready process from start to finish
· Perform pre-inspection following notice to vacate 2-10 days following NTV
· Perform final unit inspection
· Order all materials for unit turn/reno
· Schedule all necessary vendors
· Check inon the Quality of the Unit
· Take photos/videos and upload them to the shared drive
· Order any additional materials and schedule any additional vendors
· Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor/Manager to place techs in the unit OR Schedule vendor for unit turn
· Monitor and adjust make-ready dates in our program to ensure all dates are accurate and achievable
· Daily cross-reference between our programs to ensure information is up to date
· Advise manager when units are ready
· Communicate with leasing, maintenance, and office staff to ensure all departments are updated and allow leasing to be done with confidence
· Deliver a daily progress report
· Meet with the community manager and maintenance supervisor every morning to discuss the plan for that day.
