The Perotti Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Agent to join our team. The Inside Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals for both our Illinois and Indiana Offices. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys building relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
Response quickly to Inbound customers
Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to meet sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Utilize Follow Up Boss CRM software to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales activities
Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends
Experience:
Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
Familiarity with Follow Up Boss or similar CRM system
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Knowledge of the real estate sales process
Licenses Required: IN Real Estate Broker, Willingness to get real estate license in IL as well.
