What We’re Looking For:
Full-time agents (new or experienced) with drive, positivity, and self-motivation
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people
Willingness to learn, follow proven systems, and stay coachable
Active Illinois Real Estate License or willingness to obtain
Responsibilities:
Follow our sales process to consistently close transactions
Work with leads provided to you – respond quickly and professionally
Show properties, host open houses, and prepare CMAs & marketing plans
Maintain knowledge of local real estate market trends
Deliver an outstanding client experience from start to finish
Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000+ per year (commission-based)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with some weekends as needed
Location: Primarily in-person in Illinois markets (Chicago, suburbs, and nearby communities)
