Property management company located in Oak Park seeks a property manager who is outgoing, detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, and is a positive team player to add to our team. We manage 20+ residential, mixed-use, and commercial properties in Berwyn, Cicero, Elmwood Park, Forest Park, and Oak Park and are growing! The position will be partially in the office and partially on-site at the properties for showings. A new property manager will have the opportunity to learn while obtaining a leasing license if needed.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage maintenance requests
- Showings (list, schedule, attend)
- Leasing (process applications/screening, prepare leases, point-of-contact for new tenants, renewals)
- Communicate tenant concerns to management
- Customer service through telephone, electronic, and in-person contact
- Market research
- Light bookkeeping, record keeping, and marketing
Requirements:
- Licensed (in IL) or willing to obtain a license
- Must have computer skills (experience with Bulidium a plus)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Availability on nights and weekends
- Customer service experience
- Reliable transportation
