Operations Manager

Our client is a leading global leader in commercial real estate. They are seeking an Operations Manager, to oversee daily operations at their Class A property in Chicago, focusing on delivering top-notch client service and fostering lasting relationships. This person will report to the General Manager and key responsibilities include:Leading Property Management and Maintenance teams to prioritize customer satisfactionManaging customer relationships and addressing real estate needsCoordinating property tours and overseeing event programmingSupporting amenity engagement and corporate objectivesDeveloping team members and setting career advancement goalsDevelop annual budgets and capital plansHandle financial reporting and investor communicationsManage third-party contractors and oversee maintenance projectsSupervise building projects and assist Property Management as neededYou:3+ years of experience in real estate or hospitality (hotel management is ideal)Bachelor's degree (preferably in hospitality or real estate)Experience handling annual budgets, financial proficiency, and familiarity with Microsoft OfficeCritical competencies include leadership experience, initiative, strong communication and organizational skillsA passion for creating exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environmentBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
